Our story
Cortile was founded in 2019 by a property investor and a software engineer who realised that, for most people, living in a flat and managing a block is much harder than it needs to be. Since then, our platform has become one of the UK’s leading providers of resident ↔ manager software, supporting over 400,000 homes across hundreds of blocks nationwide and becoming the official technology partner of the property management industry’s professional body, The Property Institute.
